Default 2008 sebring driver door lock problems

our 2008 sebring convertible has a problem with the driver door locks.
It works manually, but will not work from the remote control, the power door lock buttons on the armrest or from the passenger side buttons. It only works manually and with a key.
any ideas what the source of the problem is?

Possible broken wire in the harness that leads into the door. Sometimes a wire in that harness will break due to the flexing from opening and closing the door.

Possible blown IOD fuse. If the power seat, interior lights and clock are also not working, then it's the fuse. If they are working, then check for a broken wire.
