Hi everyone,

First post I’ve ever made on auto forum, and I’m hoping someone can help me out. The switch bezels in my vehicle are heavily scratched and worn, and it’s driving me crazy. I’ve attached pictures for reference. I could order OEM replacement pieces and swap them out, but I feel like the more economical approach would be to pop them off and paint them. But I can’t figure out how to match the color, and the codes inside the driver’s side door are only for the black leather seats and the dark slate gray vinyl. Does anybody know what color gray this is or have any other advice or recommendations?
