Hi Guys. My wife has a 2009 Sebring Limited. She sent me a video the other day after she started her car to leave work. The sound is coming from her steering column, It sounds like a bad motor knock. It clears up after about 20 seconds, and does not do it every time she starts the car. It has only done it at first start up before she even puts it in gear to drive, so it is not a suspension problem. any suggestions?

 

Figured it out in case anyone is interested. Its a bad Blend actuator.
