Default 2009 Sebring Slew of Problems

I have a 2009 Sebring Limited 2.4L 4 Cylinder with around 103,000 miles on it. I noticed the car had been running terrible and found dead mice and nests in the airbox. However, after removal, the car still has quite a few issues. For starters, when applying the exact same amount of acceleration pressure, the car slows down or won't accelerate during a slow (>25mph) turn, mostly onto a new street or from an intersection. As soon as the wheel is back to straight, the car instantly jumps. Also, there is still some hesitation in acceleration, even after cleaning the MAS. Third off, the car seems to have a high pitched whine to it when revving. I can't tell if this is how it should sound, but it sounds like a vacuum cleaner. I don't have anything to compare it to, and I'm not sure if it's a problem or not. I have a video of it which you can clearly hear what I'm talking about and will link in this post. Any potential ideas on these issues would be great!

Check the power steering fluid level.

Mice can chew wires. That can create havoc.

How long has the car been sitting. For it to have a mice problem that severe it must've been sitting for a prolonged period of time. If so the fuel can turn to gum and clog up the fuel injectors and fuel filter. I would try a bottle of seafoam in the gas tank and see if that helps. I can't tell what the whine is but I would start by changing out the belt.

Yeah, the car sat for about 4-5 months I believe. It causes a lot of other issues, but the mice were just recently discovered, so I've been driving around with them in there for about 4 months. I've tried fuel injector cleaner and other products before but not seafoam. I'll give it a shot
