Default 2015 Chrysler 200 (58 K)

Hello need your help.
My car was in an accident with damage to the front bumper and reinforce bar that behind the bumper, and both front grill
Drove my car home from the accident scene and there was no light on the dash board, it was 5 min away. Also drive it unto a flat bed Tow truck.

When to pick up my car from the dealer body shop last Friday, when I go to drive I notice the check engine light on.
the took the car back back and fix it. They said they forget to plug in the Active Grill shutter cable that connect to the sensor . Then the clear the code from the dash board. Test drive .
Also they said the flash the computer with an update.
when driving home on Friday I hear my fan is on.
my original thought was its due to the test drive by the dealer mechanic the engine heat up so the fan came on to cool the engine.
The fan is still on once I start my car regardless if the A.C. is on or not. Coolant level is good.
A.c. is blowing ice cold air so I guess there no damage to the a.c .
example car sit all night on the driveway start in the car in morning when the engine is cold, within a minute the fan come on in high. Not sure if the fan has 2 speed.
Any idea what wrong
Yes I going to take it back to the dealer tomorrow to get it fix. I have extended warranty as well.

My question is any idea as to why the fan stay on.

Thank in Advance

Have them check the ambient temperature sensor. It's located at the front bumper. Need to check the fan wiring as well.
