Default 96 2.5l Coolant drain

Im going to hit all the fluids this afternoon. I there anything I should know about drainingand replacing the oil and antifreeze ? Which side is the coolant drain plug on ? Hope its not one of those plastic things.

How many quarts of oil does the 96 2.5l take. Cant find Chiltons or Haynes ...

Also I bought rear drums, shoes, hardware kit, cylinders .... will be doing these over the weekend. Any surprises there ??

Thanks to all for the info ....
