Default 98 coupe blower resistor!!

My daughter drives this car, and the blower stopped running. I have purchased a new resistor from Schucks, from info gathered from reading these threads. I am now unable to locate the old one to replace it. I bought a Chilton book that has zero info on this. i am really frustrated, have removed the glove box laying under the dash tracing wires. i did find a similar looking part mounted directly behind the glove box. two screws hold it in but the plug doesn't match and the in stream side looks way different.
I am extremely hopeful one of the smart people here can assist me, as the temp today is 23 degrees, and need to get this handled.
Thank you,

Ther resistor for the coupe is not at all the same part as for the sedan/convertible. If what they gave you doesn't match the car, take it back. Make sure you order and get the part for the coupe.
Sebring coupes are built by Mitsubishi. The convertible/sedans are built by Chrysler. Totally different cars.
