Default 98 Sebring
While driving on the highway car stalled pulled over to side and tried to start it wouldn't start but heard stater spinning. Nothing is cranking

Replaced starter same thing.

a starter will not cause the car to stop running while going down the road.

Broken timing belt fuel issue or spark issue is what u will want to look for.
