98 sebring JXi wont start
I added coolant to the system this morning (car has been overheating seperate problem fan doesn't kick on replaced fan to no avail fan is goodreplacing temp sensor and relay next)and ran the car for 1 minute to get air out of system stopped engine checked coolant level then attampted to restart. When I turn the key to the start position the brake light comes on but does not turn over. When key goes back to the run position no lights at all on the console. I don't think that it is the battery as the power windows etc. work just fine. I will try to jump it but if that doesn't work what else might it be.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Five minutes after I posted this I checked the Starter Fuse and replaced it, Started right up.

Robot, I registered specifically to say Thank You for this post. I had EXACTLY the same problem tonight with my 2000 Sebring JXi: turn the key, brake dash indicator comes on, no turn-over, car won't start. Nothing worked in either the ON or ACC key position -- not even the radio. But the lights and anti-theft worked fine, so I knew it wasn't the battery.
Sure enough: yanked out the Starter fuse and found it burned out. A quick fuse change, and the car was back to its old self. Thanks again for saving me towing fees and hours of aggravation!
