99 Sebring Coupe LXI Missing something

99 Sebring Coupe LXI Missing something
I bought a 99 Sebring LXI and its missing something not sure what but in the center consule under the tray there is a wiring harness for something and a brackt to hold a control module or something not sure what is missing. Any answers to what is missing would be appreciated.
