Default something smells like it's burning!

I have a 1999 plymouth grand voyager. I just did my front brakes this past weekend and now it smells like something is burning. The old one's only lasted about a year. Only happens when I run it for a while, like 20 minutes or so. The vehicle is not overheating or anything but was wondering if maybe the ABS system is locking up or something. Are these vehicles know for that? A few weeks ago, I replaced the water pump and serpetine belt because it did overheat but it turned out to be the fan relay. Now there's a burning smell after replacing the front brake pads. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
