Default 99' sebring LXI transmission problem

I have a 1999 sebring LXI with 103,000 miles. My car's transmission recently just stopped working. It will drive for about a half mile and then, when the car gets warmed up, it will not move. However, the car can go in reverse without any problems. Is this a problem that anyone is familiar with?

Perhaps something a little simpler...

EVER change the fluid in it?
Might not be getting enuf flow to continue operating properly...
