Default Alignment help

I went to get my tires aligned and they said they couldnt align the rear camber on a 2001 Chrysler Sebring LXi 2.7L 4dr Sedan. Is this true or are they just too lazy to do it. If its true, what do I need to do. My rear camber that they cant allign is at -1.23 degrees. I JUST got new tires also, I have a 6 month warranty so if they can do it and just didnt because they are too lazy, please let me know. or let me know how I can correct the alignment. THANKS ABUNCH!

REAR CAMBER AND TOE

Rear Camber on this vehicle IS adjustable. The rear camber on this vehicle is adjusted using the adjusting screw located in the forward and rear lateral links of the vehicles rear suspension

You see the threads on those 2 links in the pic? The smaller one should effect camber and the big one should effect toe. That quote was a copy paste right out of the service manual.
