Amplifier location for a 2014 Chrysler 200

I am trying to figure out why my volume **** won't work but everything else on my radio does was told that I could be the the amplifier but I cannot find it

They used to put an amplifier under the passenger seat of previous models, not sure about your 2014. That was only for the premium sound system. Standard radio had the amplifier built in to the radio itself.
