It might be helpful to be sure of what model(Coupe,Sedan or Convertible) the listings you are ordering from specify. Yours is in an area of age when there were 2 different platforms used AND there may also have been suspension design changes for the cars build date.

I've been looking at my preferred parts source (rockauto.com), The SEDAN and Convertible are the same platform but the COUPE is different.
Also what motor size and is it a single overhead cam or dual overhead cam IF a 2.4. Your posting of 2.0 - 2.4 is a bit confusing, unless you are in the EU "market" area...and may be a horse of a different color from what is available to us in the USA/ North American market.

From the OLD MOVIE(in the USA) The Wizard of Oz, You must have the horse of a different color ! We did not have a 2.0 option motor and probably different sized suspension parts in the USA.
All I can offer is that you web search UK/ EU parts sites and IF Chrysler is still active over there across the "Pond" to be accurate. I normally can pull a MOPAR part number thru rockauto.com in their offered list of brands for a specific part, BUT they did not offer one for ball joints in the model/engine trims available as a USA based and primary market area parts site.
Do you have any "badging" on door plates or under the hood as if this was Chrysler/Mitsubishi or Chrysler/Daimler or such? may help in tracking down a similar platform other make foe suspension parts.
Good Luck

The OEM part number is BALL JOINT, Upper Control Arm 04879225AA

Not likely to be helpful as nobody will be selling OEM parts and aftermarket parts have their own numbers. Good luck.
