Default Black screen

I have a 2015 Chrysler 200 that also came with the wonderful Passtime Starter Interrupter. After having my car disabled, the next day my Uconnect 5.0 radio is unresponsive, which also displays and control my temperature settings, is blank. Also my odometer reading is flashing. I hear noise through the speakers like wires are touching but nothing. Can someone please help me?

Hi, I'm sorry to hear this. Please let me know if you plan on visiting a dealership for this concern. I would be happy to open a case for you.

I was wondering if you found the problem? My car is doing the same exact thing and causing my battery to drain. Any helps appreciated .
