Brake fluid leak, Rear Passenger drum
 

The wheel bearing hasn't gone out yet, uses about 1 ounce of brake fluid per 100 miles city driving. I left the e-brake on slightly by accident, I guess I nudged it while I was driving. My friend said its a $15 part and that the leak must be from the brake cylinder. Does this sound about right, can I do it myself or is it a must-do in a shop?

Yes if you can see wetness on the backing plate and drum, a leaking wheel cylinder, and DIY depends on your repair skill level and tools available that you have.
Just a STRONG suggestion being an 04 model..do BOTH sides for cylinders and new shoes(fluid soaked..not good), and don't forget to measure for brake drum inner diameter wear(you may need to get new brake drums. All in all this is not that complicated a job to do, just take apart ONE side so you have the other for reference.

It can help a lot if you take pictures with your phone or a tablet as you take apart the brakes, so that you have a good reference for reassembly.

I took to brake place, was raining and didn't want to do it myself :' ) They said the brake line had collapsed (probably due to the heat.) Was user error.
