Default A/c only blows threw the feet vents ?

I have already replaced the climate control cluster, and this didn’t change anything. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated, as my defrost doesn’t work at all and this gets a lil dangerous !
Thank You

As with the 200/avenger line, there are 2 mode actuators on the pass. side on the HVAC box behind the glove box One is for the recirculation mode door and the other is for vent positioning. There is also a third actuator on the drivers side of the HVAC box for temp blend(hot to cold). There are many You tube videos on the web about each. Another common fault is tree twigs and leaves getting inside and jamming the actual doors that the actuators operate. You may have some luck checking this out if you remove the cabin air filter and look thru the opening, it is also located behind the glove box. Yes for both things the glove box is easily removed.
