Default Can use some help 07 Sebring 2.4

I've been getting these two codes u0402 p0335 I change the shift solenoid also the crankshaft position sensor these two codes keep coming back. When the car sits overnight it's hard to turn over when it does start the cruise control doesn't work the traction light comes on and it doesn't go over 3 RPMs and misfires.
When when I let the car warm up turn it off then turn it back on everything is works fine and it drives great. Don't know what else to do I've been at this for about 3 weeks any ideas thanks in advance

Check the condition of the battery. Strange things happen with a weak battery. Your comment about not turning over after sitting overnight makes me suspicious of the battery.
