Default Check engine 1751, injectors? FIC

Hi I'm new to the forum and can't get support for an aftermarket product being that its new to the market. Recently we installed an FIC Fuel and Ignition Controller in a Chrysler Sebring 01, and have been having a problem with the ECU going into limp mode or something. Basically the device has a MAP sensor built on board that allows for up to 20psi of boost. There is a fuel/load map that allows us to trick the ecu to use bigger injectors to accept the boost. The device splits into the injector wiring to modify the injector duty cycle. We are only getting one code now and can't figure out how to get rid of it. Its code P1751 (Manufacturer Transmission Controller). I don't see how splicing in at the injectors could cause this problem.

If anyone could enlighten me on this please do. And any suggestions to figure out how to get rid of it would be great.

Thanks
