Control arm support bolt removal

Default Control arm support bolt removal

I have a 1996 Chrysler Sebring convertible with the 2.5 v6 and trying to replace the passenger side control arm I cannot get the front control arm support bolt out is there a specific tool I need a specific way to do this?
