got an 01 seabring 2.7 for the wife. since day one, the alarm is super sensitive and acts for almost no reason at all. Also soon got the "eeee" on the radio causing a pararcitic draw that kills the batery, as it stays on. simple solution was to swap the stereo. Now the alarm won't deactivate (I assume due to an antitheft thing). I can hit the reset in my fuse panel, but the problem returns. Was hoping to bypass the crappy alarm altogether to eliminate both headaches. IR-S is the brand & seems to be a Chrysler OEM, although the LED seems crudely drilled into the dash. If you can't tell me this info, at least could you tell me how to properly wire the stereo. I had a set of orange wires left over, if that means anything. thanks in advance
