I have a 2007 Chrysler sebring 2.4 liter and wanted to know if a 2.4 from a 2004 pt cruiser would fit?

 

Depends... pretty sure your"07" has the timing chain version of the 2.4 and the PT has a timing belt. There may be sensor and various other differences also. I have not tried such a swap, so can't give you a definitive answer if it could work.

 

Would it mount correctly? Mine has the timing chain and the other engine has a belt.

 

Yeah the computers have different harnesses
