I was called in to finish a 2.4 swap on a 02 sebring. Its date is 1-02. The replacement engine came from an 02. Unknown manufacturer date. The problem is the crank sensors are in different locations. I'm guessing the replacement engine was a later model 02. I ran the wires for the crank sensor from rear to front. Its not getting spark. Is there a difference in timing? Will this engine work or are we out of luck?
