Lightbulb Headlight issue

I have a drivers side headlight low beam that is very dim, the right side light it working just fine. Iv checked fuses all looks good swaped relays nothing diffrent replaced bulbs, Bought a headlight autoshut down relay, Cant find out where to put it. Im guessing/hoping its a relay since there both geting power. The turn signals are fine and high beams work. Any ideas? At this point im wondering if its a wireing issue or just the whole headlight assembly itsself. The car is a 2005 chrystler seabring touring sedan 2.7. Im not super great at chaseing electric issues.

Get a volt meter and make sure you have 12v going to the bulb if you do then you have a bad ground if you dont have 12v then your looking at a wire or tipm issue
