Default Heat on Passenger side only

Ok, here's the scoop. I have a 2002 Sebring LXi Coupe with the 3.0L engine, I have developed an issue where heat only blows on the Passenger side. There is air coming out of all vents at the same velocity, just different temps. If I recirc the air I can get it to increase the temp a bit. Also, this temp issue is in ALL positions of airflow, i.e, defrost, dash, floor. The temp is hot on Passengers side and cold on drivers side in all positions.

Anyone got an idea of the issue?

Thank you for answering.
