Default Heater

Hello,
I have a 2001 Chrysler Sebring. The heater works when it wants to. It can be blowing out hot air and then turns to cold.

Also, I hear a whining noise on the front drivers side at times that when the noise starts, it will not continue at speeds less than 30 hours.

Can anyone offer some friendly advice please?[:-]

Did you ever figure this out? I recently replace the blower motor resistor, thermostat and had a coolant flush and the heater still works sparingly, if at all.
