If your Sebring is the same platform (body design) as the 08 and up to 2014 200/Avenger Then YES the actuators are the same in all 3 locations. You can find many you tube videos for each of the 3 actuator replacement procedures if you would not be so model specific that it be JUST your 07 Sebring by looking at same type fellow models. The 07 Sebring "kicked off" the platform run for the Sebring/200/Avenger platform 07-14. Only interior trim and outside detail differences between the 3 , electricals and major components are the same between them.
