Default Left blend door actuator repair help

so there’s vids all over the place showing how to replace the actuators behind the glove box, but none showing how to replace the left one up by the accelerator... I managed to get the one out but I cannot get the new one in... are they’re any tricks shy of taking the hole dash out?? Is it possible to just take the knee panel out on drivers side?! Help pls

I am no good at linking things, BUT there is at least ONE you tube video of the LEFT SIDE actuator job, there is a bit of disassembly to do. but def. not a complete dash remove job. The Sebring/200 and the Dodge Avenger of your year are all the same for the HVAC system. I suggest you keep looking for that You Tube video...it is there and quite good!

Sorry for a "round about" reply. On You tube the title of this job is as follows...How to replace air door in a 2013 Dodge Avenger. A bit misleading title, but is about the actuator replacement and how to do it.
Also I'm not sure if this is within FORUM RULES.... But you can visit the website Avenger Forumz.com(I am a very active member there). Scroll down to Dodge Avenger Mechanical problems and questions forum page, click on it to go to it, and then scroll down to the thread titled ... No heat, cold air only. It contains the you tube Video that you can play in it.
