My car just went in to get fixed for a hit and run, passenger fender painted, hood painted, front bumpter painted, and new passenager headlight..(the passenger fender got new pin stripe tape) Didnt know they had that... My car looks good but now i have on fogged light and one brand new headlight... Anyone know where i can get a good deal on a headlight..called local junk yard they wanted $125 for fogged and $175 for a clear one. Anyone have better source? Also what is the oem number for the pin stripping i want to do my whole car because its peeling off. Thanks

 

Contact a dealer with your VIN and they should be able to set you up with a whole kit. You might even go back to the body shop and see if they had to buy the whole kit to get the fender stripe, and offer to purchase the balance?

 

I asked him, he said it was just pin stripe tape... order only for the fender. I asked him to get me some and he said he would only do it if i paid him to put it on...

 

I would check with Autozone or Keystone. Russ

 

And anyone have any idea what the following can be:

WHen i go to a complete stop there is a compress/pulling crank sound, only when car is going then completly stop (at stop sign)
and
When i put it into gear almost the same sound...
