Default how to program a new key

Hi guys,
i hv brought a new transpond key for my 2007 sebring sedan (without EVIC), i did follow the instruction to put the first key, then the sec key, but i cannot access to the key programming mode (suppose a chime& flashing security light, but in my case only security light flashing), and after i put the new blank key in, the car did chime but all the functions arent working (not even allow to start). i am sure that i got the right key since the FCC # is the same as my original keys. how can i access to the programming mode.

BTY, how can i make my car auto-unlock all the door when I shift into park gear?

thanks for all the help!!!!=)

If you don't have EVIC, the dealer scan tool can set all that stuff. Dig in the owners manual and see if there are ways to do it. Some you can some you can't.
