Default Looking for original Chrome wheels

Hey everyone. First time here - first official post. Hope it works! I have a 2000 Seb Conv. JXI Limited with the original chrome rims. Problem is, over time, the chrome has significantly faded and no longer has anything near the appeal it once did when I first got the car. To purchase a new set through Chrysler is insane - $680 / rim! Does anyone know of any good sites /companies to check to purchase a new 4-set of rims for much less and/or to rechrome my originals? I've been to Ebay, Craigs List, etc...but I'm hoping there is something out there I haven't stumbled upon.

I strictly want the original wheels - there were really sweet looking, and I want to bring that look back. Thanks everyone!

Default RE: Looking for original Chrome wheels

I know that there is a chroming shop in San Luis Obispo, California that could rechrome them. However I cannot recall their name. Later this summer I'll be heading down there to visit. I'll try to look them up and get a name or contact info.

But I can't imagine that they are a unique entity. I'm sure that other shops exist. Having never used the service I can't tell you that it would be less expensive though. I've no idea. But I think it's probably worth a close look.
