First thing to do is compare the shape of the radio with the shape of the opening in the dashboard of your car. If it's not identical, then fitting it in there can present a huge problem that could leave you with a final appearance that will not be pleasing. Second, find out what kind of connections the new radio needs for speakers, amplifiers, GPS antenna, steering wheel controls, etc. Make sure your car has or can accept those connections. What works in an Aspen may or may not work in a Sebring.
To me, something that plays a movie on the dashboard is a collossally bad idea. It's bad enough that there are people out there drinking coffee with one hand, smoking a cigarette with the other, texting on the iPhone, combing their hair and now watching a movie in their spare time at 75 mph. Gimme a break.
