Default Sebring DVD/GPS issues

Hi all!
I am having trouble with my Chrysler Sebring dvd/gps system. I can't seem to get the dvd movies to work while driving. Anyone else have this problem?

Here is my system:
Chrysler Sebring/Jeep Commander Compass DVD GPS player with Digital Touchscreen

Thank you in advance!

Yeah, what a pain. You hop on the interstate, set the cruise and settle back with a nice drink and a smoke and a bucket of popcorn to watch a nice movie for the next couple of hours and it doesn't work. What kind of idiot would design a movie system to not work when the car is moving? Really!!!

[Warning, the previous paragraph contains sarcasm.]

LOL.....You beat me to it! I was thinking this was a gag post....still not convinced. Add a couple of screaming kids, a flurry of text messages and a joint to the mix and I really understand your frustrations....Amazing.

The other problem with watching movies on the dashboard is when the damn airbags pop out and drape all over the screen. What a nuisance.
