Default No power at iOS fuse socket

I have a 2002 Sebring LXi 2.7 convertible. The door locks, trunk opener, radio, and door locks do not work. Everything else does and it runs great. iOD fuse is good, but there is no power in the socket where the fuse plugs in. I have checked fuses and they are good. I even replaced the iOD fuse to be sure. Any ideas? I have read where the iOD fuse is blown but this is not the case. I know #11 fuse under hood supplies battery power to the fuse panel, but all other inside fuses have power. Thanks, George3405

Default Found the problem

I found the problem. Turns out there was no fuse in #11 under the hood. Installed new fuse and now everything works. George
