noob and my cluster wont light up with lights please help

Default noob and my cluster wont light up with lights please help
i think iv seen this problem before but i need some advice because i checked the fuse and its not bad so please help

Google Mr. Whizard and go from there. He's a guy in Canada, I think who specializes in fixing instrument clusters.
