2004 Pacifica no tail lights, side marker lights or license plate lights

2004 Pacifica has no working tail lights,side marker lights orlicense plate lights, all bit the dust at the same time, no current to the lights. The 04 has no definitemini fuse, fusable link or relaylabeled on the lid of the IPM orin the IPM for these lights, or listed inaftermarket parts such as rockauto.com. There are BCM fuses and and fusable links.All other BCM electrical items seem to be working. Is the only solution a dealer scan / flash reprogram, and / ornew BCM or IPM -OEM parts of course? or is there another simpler / cheaper solution that the car owner can handle?Here are threestrings on the more or less the same subject, and problem, still searching forthecomplete answer on this 2004.
