It's called an outlet assembly. Part number is 4792630AA

You can get one at your nearest Chrysler or Dodge dealership. Be prepared, it'll probably set you back a hundred bucks.
I'd head for the local junkyard first.

Scan down for your year and model, then be patient as you are going to download the entire parts catalog in .pdf.

Follow the instructions they give you about recording the part number and ordering.
