Hello guys, I have a problem with Sebring 2007 2.0crd ( vw engine) after pcm eplacement
it wont crank or start. Ecu was replaced due to p0605 internal eeprom error with ebay one (same p/n).
I entered vin and did replace pcm function in wcm module with autel im508.

I tried to ignition on and power starter with power probe it cranks but wont start.
All fuses are good , tried to unhook battery cables and short them for TIPM reset , same thing
Used alldata diagrams and measured from pcm to TIPM continuity is good, and from TIPM to starter continuity also good.
I am thinking of bad TIPM ?? , there are no dtcs, and red immo light turns off , car detects all keys and in live data section there is start / run condition commanded when I turn key to start position ,
but the starter relay pid says off ?

I dont know what to do anymore , thanks for help

 

I tried old pcm and the same thing happens no crank no start ( tried to write vin to old pcm and sync it with wcm )
