Default Sebring 2010 2.7 v6 137kw misfire problem

Sorry if it comes up twice, but I couldn't find my post.
Here's my problem.
If I start to drive in the morning everything is OK, but when engine cools sometime it lacks one of the cylinders.
If it cools way down everhthing is OK.
I have OBD reader and it says Injector 3-circuit malfunction.
My question is because I couldn't find in the internet is the problem with injector or wiring and what is the cilynder order so I could find the third injector.
Thank you and sorry again this post is happening twice.

Is the problem with the injector or wiring? Yes. (could be either)

Cylinder #3 is the middle cylinder at the back of the engine, closest to the firewall.

As you look at the engine from the front of the car, the cylinders are numbered as follows:

1 3 5
2 4 6

Hope that helps.
