Default sebring conv

i have a 1998 sebring convertible and i have 2 questions first is when ever im at a stop light or not going fast the car will hesitate the rpms drop about 200 then they kick back up but it does this all the time. I dont know if i has to due with sprk plugs, fuel pump or anything else. And also wehn driving i hear a noise like something is moving around but can't find anything lose. i think that the noise might be coming from either the pass. door or the rear seat where the top goes down but can't make it out. Anyone every have these problems before or know what i am talking about and can help me fix it.

Thanks
Mike

all that i can tell you is that that the RPMs drop and come back up and it kinda feels liek there is a miss fire but can't really tell because i have no automotive experiance. It also acts up on occation when i am on 287 going like 65-75mph but its only happens like once aweek on the highway but at a red light i can feel it trying to move then i just put it in neutral and it strops. I think i am going to buy a new air filter K&N or a K&N air intake system. also the car only has a little over 63,000 miles on it. i can't really explain what i feel because what i might say you might take it the wrong way you really have to be in the car to feel it.

P.S. Where in NJ do you live i live in morris county

PPS. Do you think it might be the IAC (Idle Air Control) sticking i read this on another forum but im not to sure and plus i don't even know where that is located on my car and don't even know how to clean it.

Thanks
Mike

Hi, try a 1/2 a can of seafoam in your next tank of gas, this will rule out any dirt in the fuel system.
