This one has something wrong with the glass/mirror - cannot see completely around the periphery due to some type of darkening of the glass, or behind the glass.
New mirror or can the glass be replaced?

new mirror or used mirror that goo is used for the auto dimming feature when lite hits it the color will darkin to reflect teh glare of the headlights behind you.
