Default Starter removal problems please help!

So when removing the exhaust down pipe one of the nuts rounded off. Torched the other and it came off just fine. The other rounded off. At this point I'm stuck. Question is, could I unbolt the exhaust manifold and drop the exhaust enough to squeeze the starter out? I don't know what else to do. Can't fit a saw in there to cut the bolt off, already tried. Any ideas or suggestions?

Sorry 96 sebring lxi. I just got some Irwin damaged bolt extractor sockets. Got rained in for now. Going to try those and see how it works.

Just got a fresh can and filled my torch. Stupid rain today and it's looking like tomorrow will be raining again. Wish I had a carport or a garage.
