Default SRT-8 BRAKES ON A SEBRING CONV?

Hey folks how are you? I have a 1999 Chrysler Sebring Convertible and i was wondering if the rear brake rotors from a 2007 Chrysler LH Platform car (Charger/300C/ Challenger) would fit on my sebring, as they are slotted design and should improve braking a bit. Any ideas?[8D]
