If my struts are leaning it are they bad or do I need a alignment

 

The best way to be sure if you need an alignment is to get the car up on an alignment machine and have the alignment checked against specifications. Abnormal tire wear will give you a clue but it requires waiting until your tires are chewed up and is not exact. If your tires are wearing evenly and normally, you are probably all right.
