Default Traction control

I have an modified 00 jx that has some traction issues on dry pavement. I don’t have the factory low speed traction control, but I think I can get the parts to install it. I’m wondering if the factory system will work as a performance traction control. My 06 had traction control, but I was not that impressed on slick surfaces. The 2.7 was too weak to test on dry surfaces.
