Default Transmission down Shift
I Have A 02 sebring and When You Slow Down Coming To A Stop Sign and Then When You Start To Go It seems To Be Slow Downshifting and shifts Hard Into Low,Thats The Only Time It Happens.Any Ideas?

2 things real quick...

Have you had the fluid changed, and if so, was the trans QUICKLEARN procedure performed.?

no i never,but awile ago i had a small leak from the silonid on the tranny,my local tranny mechanic said the leak is so small not to worry about,it might go down a pint a year.
