Default Wheels bolt pattern 04 vs. 08

I'm looking at getting an 08 to replace my moose squished 04. My question is I have winter rims and tires as a separate set for my 04. They are 16's and the new car has 18's. I know the base tire for the '08 is a 16" rim.
My question is if my '04 rims have the same bolt pattern as the '08? I realize the diameter is different, but I can change the profile of the snow tire to get the same diameter as the 215/55R18. I just don't want to have to buy all new rims.

Nevermind. I found out the 04 has the small 4" circle (5x100) and the newer has the 4,1/2 (5x114) circle. Good news, that's the same as all the bigger and older chryslers and fords and leaves an infinite possibility of rims and wheels.
