whistle noise

whistle noise
So ive had my 2007 sebring (3.5L with 57000km on it) for about 3 weeks now.
Love the car but there is a whistle noise that comes and goes that drives me simply nuts. Ive tried just turning up the radio but I can still manage to hear it. It comes and goes at speeds above 40km an hour.
Ive done some searching online and managed to find a service bulletin for this:
24-008-06DECEMBER 2006 A/C - HVAC Whistle Sound
Thats all I have been able to find even on the alldata website as well.
Ive read to look over the weatherstriping to somehting to do with the AC. any insight to the problem will be greatly appreciated...
