Default 2000 300M starting problems

Have Chrysler 2000 300M. Starts fine then all of a sudden will take 4 to 10 key turns to even make a noise. Had it at dealer...3 new batteries, 4 new key switches, new battery terminals, starter relay. Once running is fine. No jump is needed as it starts eventually. Frustrated...need help. Thank you.
ps...is a great car just this issue.

Has the dealer seen the 'no start'? Three batteries and 4 key switches, really? Why? Even I am not that obstinate.

No mention of the starter. Has it been determined that the connections from the battery to the starter are good as well as the connection to the starter solenoid? Are all of the engine ground straps in good condition and not corroded?

When the key is turned to start, does the solenoid on the starter click? If the solenoid clicks, I suspect the starter is the problem (e.g. worn brushes) and may need to be replaced. If the solenoid clicks there should also be a significant drop in the system voltage (under 11 volts) as current flows to spin the starter.

If the solenoid does not click, check the connections to the solenoid for corrosion. If connections are good, the solenoid may be bad and the starter should most likely be replaced.

The mechanic is the one calling the shots. They just keep replacing parts at no charge. We are done with them as it doesnt solve the problem. We have checked the cables ourselves. The car makes no noise at all. If you keep turning the key on/off it will pop off. We asked about the starter and they dismissed it.

The car does eventually start. Im not sure how to best describe it. Normal working...turn key over...vroom starts. Not working properly...turn key over...nothing no noise no click nothing...10 or so times of turning key forward to start position and back to off position...vroom starts. Has full battery operation during this.

The dealer changed the key switch 3 times because they thought it was faulty. Works for 3 weeks then starts the same problem.

Starter Contacts have been known to cause this issue. Link to more information.

I would also find a Technician rather than a moechanic. Changing the same parts more than once is a true sign of an insane parts changer

If starter contacts are bad that means replacing the starter right...the video shows the solenoid.
